Amanpreet Kaur is a Lead – Delhi NCR at SKS Advisor, where she leads and oversees the firm’s operations in the region. She brings specialized expertise in corporate restructuring, global compliance, ESOP advisory, and advising VC firms, private equity investors and businesses on foreign investments and FEMA-related matters. With a distinguished background as a Company Secretary, having secured an All-India Rank of 10th, and as a qualified lawyer, she brings over 4.5+ years of experience in corporate and regulatory advisory.

Her expertise spans end-to-end compliance and advisory for foreign entity setups, ESOPs, private equity transactions and corporate secretarial matters. Amanpreet has extensive experience in managing cross-border transactions, acquisitions and corporate compliance for entities across the APAC, MEA and Americas regions. Her work involves overseeing corporate compliance, ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations, managing statutory and regulatory filings, and drafting and reviewing key corporate and transaction documents.

Amanpreet works closely with startups, founders, investors and businesses, supporting them in navigating complex legal, regulatory and compliance requirements through different stages of their growth. She particularly enjoys working with startups and entrepreneurs and takes pride in helping founders navigate complex corporate and regulatory matters while enabling them to focus on building and scaling their businesses.
